Our success model was originally implemented years ago by some of our hard-working physicians. They wanted to work hard without worrying about how much their partners were working. Our production model provides that flexibility which remains greatly valued by our physicians today.

• NBMC recruits new physicians at the request of their prospective partners working in the same specialty.
• The physicians and NBMC clinic staff will help you get your practice started. Your success is in the best interest of NBMC’s entire Clinic team.
• NBMC physicians run their own practices – and that includes making decisions about staffing, patient load, work calendar and vacation timing.
• NBMC provides ancillary services needed to run your practice efficiently and effectively. Those services include: administration, contract negations, when to add additional clinic services, billing/collections, accounting, medical records, transcription, day surgery, lab, x-ray, human resources, health resource center for patient education and more.

Ancillary support:

• Helping assure both NBMC and individual physician success are ancillary services such as day surgery, CT, MR and lab. These services are essential to quality of care and to helping reduce the cost of physician overhead.
